About
The name is the organisation chart.
Virashu is assembled from the first syllables of the three people who founded it. That is also how the mark is drawn, and how authority is meant to work: three people acting as one company rather than three interests sharing a letterhead.

Founder designations are held as placeholders pending confirmation, along with the statutory details shown in the footer.

Primary signature. A navy V and S interlock to close the base, a faceted diamond sits at the focal centre, and three gold and green leaf forms rise into a crown.

Circular badge. A ceremonial stamp for avatars, certificates and print. Its inner lettering needs roughly 250px of width to stay readable, so on the web the emblem above is used anywhere smaller.
The mark
Four ideas, one device, no room for a fifth.
Vastness
Vishal
A navy V and S interlock and close at the base, forming the continuous loop the rest of the emblem stands on. Infinite scale, global expansion, endless possibility.
Precious value
Ratnesh
A faceted geometric diamond sits at the exact focal centre, holding core strength, wealth creation and high-value standards.
Auspicious growth
Shubham
Three upward-reaching leaf forms rise from the centre, each carrying a green vein, to convey prosperity and long-term momentum.
Unified leadership
Three as one
Those same three gold and green peaks resolve into a royal crown silhouette, so the founders read as a single authority rather than three separate interests.
How the group is run
Entities operate. The parent holds the standards.
Operating entities
Each business runs with its own team, its own customers and its own P&L, close enough to the customer to move on its own.
Central functions
Legal, finance, compliance, technology and design are shared, so a new venture starts with infrastructure rather than a blank page.
Board oversight
The parent's directors are accountable for statutory compliance and risk across every entity in the group.
